Seven practical tools — from planning the route to proving every delivery.
The app reorders your stops to cut driving time. Your chosen start stays first.
Long lists from search, map pins, import or label scan. Free covers short routes; Lite, Pro and Business take up to 100, 150 and 200 stops per route.
Tap the next stop to open Maps or Waze with the right address—turn-by-turn in the app you already use.
Point the camera at a shipping label — the app finds the address and shows it on the map; confirm and add the stop. Handy when parcels pile up.
Load CSV, Excel, TSV, or JSON: match your address column, see pins on the map, fix mistakes, then optimise the whole list.
Business: scan every parcel as you load the van — a checklist shows what is still missing before you leave. At the door, scan again: the app confirms it is the right parcel for this stop, and warns you (or blocks Done) if it is not.
Photo, signature, barcode or QR, ID check and a note when you mark a stop Done or Failed — saved with time and location and synced to the cloud. Included from Lite.
Route Planner Teams
Deliver with several drivers? Route Planner Teams is route planning and dispatch software for small delivery businesses: plan and assign the day’s routes on the web, and each driver gets their route in the app.
Upload a CSV or Excel file or paste a list of addresses, set delivery windows and optimise every route in one click.
Pick a driver and the route appears in their Route Planner app right away — stops in order, navigation in Google Maps or Waze, and proof of delivery.
Progress updates as drivers mark their stops: arrival times, late stops and every photo and signature in one place.

Google Play or the App Store → search Route Planner for Couriers → Install → Open. Allow location when asked so nearby search and the map work well.
Type in the search bar, choose the right suggestion, tap add. Repeat for each address.
Open Scan, keep the label inside the frame and tap Scan. The app reads the label, finds the address and shows it on the map — check the pin, add a name, phone or note if needed, and save the stop.
Open My routes to continue, duplicate for a new day, or pick up where you left off.
