How to import addresses from CSV or Excel (bulk / CSV route planner)

File import is available in the app (not on the web). From the route workflow, open Import addresses and pick CSV, TSV, Excel (.xlsx or .xls), or supported JSON. The first row must be headers: include a column the app recognizes as a full address—names like address, street, delivery_address, location, shipping_address, destination, plus common translations—or supply paired latitude/longitude columns if coordinates are already known (geocoding can be skipped for those rows). Optional columns can carry stop name, phone, and notes. After parsing, each row is geocoded; addresses the app could not confirm exactly are listed first for a quick check—edit them, then continue. Import follows your plan: up to 10 addresses per import on Free, 100 on Lite, 150 on Pro and 200 on Business. If draft stops already exist, you may be asked to replace them; your start point is typically preserved.
