How to scan a shipping label (OCR) for package delivery

In quick actions near search, open the label scan / OCR flow. Approve the camera permission if the phone asks. Fill the viewfinder with the label, use bright even light, avoid glare, keep the phone steady, and capture a sharp frame so street, city, and postal lines stay readable.

The app finds the address from the label and shows it on the map, with other matching addresses as options. Check the pin against the label, pick another option if needed, add the recipient’s name, phone or a note, then tap Go to stops—or Scan next for the next parcel. You can reopen the stop from the list later for further edits.
