Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains refunds for Route Planner Teams and for the Route Planner for Couriers mobile app. The services are provided by Yevhen Tekhov, an individual (sole trader) based in the United Kingdom, trading as "Route Planner for Couriers". Contact: support@courierrouteplanner.com.
1. Route Planner Teams (bought on our website)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
Try before you pay. Every new team starts with a free trial (currently 5 days). A payment method is required to start the trial, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Refunds. Refunds for Route Planner Teams are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy. To make a request, find your order at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, or email us at support@courierrouteplanner.com and we will pass your request to Paddle.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time; the team keeps its paid features until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments are taken. Fees for the current billing period are not prorated.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
2. Mobile app subscriptions (App Store and Google Play)
Subscriptions bought inside the Route Planner for Couriers app are sold and billed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their policies — we cannot issue these refunds ourselves:
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request a refund in Google Play (Account → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history) or see Google Play refund help.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. To stop future payments, cancel in your App Store or Google Play account. If you need help, email us.
