Route planner for Evri couriers
As an Evri courier you collect a full round of parcels and need to drop them in a sensible order. Keep using the Evri app for everything Evri asks you to record. Route Planner for Couriers works next to it: it turns the parcel labels into stops, puts them in the best order and opens each drop in Google Maps or Waze.
How the app works with Evri parcels
- Scan the label: the app reads the delivery address and postcode, not the return address printed on the same label.
- The postcode on the label is checked together with the street and house number, so the stop lands on the right street.
- Have your drops as a list? Scan the whole list in List mode, or on Android share a screenshot of it to the app: every address becomes a stop.
Evri is a trademark of its owner. Route Planner for Couriers is not affiliated with Evri.
Three ways to add your parcels
1. Scan each label
Open the scanner, point the camera at the label and tap Scan. The app reads the address and finds it on the map. Check it and tap Scan next for the following parcel.
Tip: Scan while you load the van: when the last parcel is in, the round is ready.
2. Scan or share your list
Have your drops as a list on paper or on another screen? In the scanner, switch to List and point the camera at it: the app reads all the addresses at once. On Android you can also share a screenshot or the text of the list straight to the app.
Tip: Keep the list sharp and flat, with one address per line.
3. Type the odd address
For a collection or a parcel with a damaged label, type the address or the postcode. Addresses near you come first in the suggestions.
Tip: Start with the house number and postcode for the fastest match.
Then: best order and turn-by-turn directions
With the parcels in the app, the rest takes a minute.
- Tap Optimize Route. The app puts up to 100, 150 or 200 stops, depending on your plan, in the best order from where you are.
- Drive with Google Maps, Waze or another navigator. One tap opens the next drop with turn-by-turn directions.
- Mark each stop delivered or failed, and keep a photo and signature as proof when you need one.
- Keep recording your deliveries in the Evri app as usual. Our app takes care of the order and the navigation.
Free for short routes, and the app always shows what your free plan includes. Paid plans start with a free trial.

Questions couriers ask
Does the app work with Evri parcels?
Yes. Scan the label on each parcel: the app reads the delivery address and postcode and skips the return address. You can also scan a whole list of addresses at once.
Do I still need the Evri app?
Yes. Keep using it for everything Evri asks you to record. Route Planner for Couriers only plans the order of your drops and the navigation.
Can I mix parcels from different jobs in one route?
Yes. Scanning works with any parcel label that has the address printed on it, so parcels from different companies can go in one route.
Is Route Planner for Couriers free?
Short routes are free, and the app shows what your free plan includes. Lite, Pro and Business unlock routes of 100, 150 and 200 stops and start with a free trial.
