Offline behaviour
Once a route is loaded and pins are confirmed, the stop list, optimized order and per-stop details are stored on the device. You can drive a full shift on patchy mobile data: the navigation handoff still works (Maps caches offline maps for the route on Wi-Fi), POD captures store locally and upload as soon as data is back.
What needs network: initial geocoding (when you paste a new address), label OCR, and POD photo upload to the backend.

Sign in only when you want: cloud backup, device sync, fleet sharing with dispatch, or higher Premium limits across devices.

The app and this site ship in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian. Address parsing, OCR and search work in any locale supported by HERE and the on-device OCR model.

Free tier covers a typical courier day. Premium raises stop caps per route and per month. The exact numbers are always visible in the app before you subscribe — no per-stop surcharge, no per-driver tax.
